Be Confluence, understanding that in the business environment of communication consulting, where it is located, important and rapid advances are being produced, that there is an important offer and that it must compete with entities that have large technical and human resources, we are committed to implement, as a differentiation to existing and potential clients, a Quality Management System (QMS), based on the continuous improvement of its processes and services, client satisfaction and the participation of its staff. This system will have as its final objective the constant innovation of the services provided, consolidating their effectiveness and competitiveness.
Likewise, we are committed to compliance with the legal and regulatory requirements that affect the provision of our services and to the continuous improvement of the QMS, deepening the improvement of quality for our clients.
Through the adaptation of the QMS to the International Standard UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2015, the new reference framework for the establishment and review of quality objectives is introduced.
In accordance with the requirements of the aforementioned standard, the risks and opportunities deduced mainly through Understanding the Context (4.1) are established, establishing the actions for their treatment and subsequent monitoring.
This Quality Policy is maintained as documented information and is communicated, understood and applied internally and is available to all interested parties, placing it on the Be Confluence website and displaying it, in a visible place, at the organization’s headquarters.
